I’ve opened my account, what now?

Log into your affiliate account, click on the create links section and select Lavalife.
From there you can select the type of links you wish to use.
Simply copy and paste the code of the link you wish to use into your website.
Sit back and watch your commission grow.

Do you have a search policy?

Yes we do have a search policy, you may view a copy of our search policy here.

How is customer charge-backs handled?

We check all the transactions on a monthly basis and remove any transactions associated with charge-backs. The number is usually insignificantly low so there is no need to be concerned.

Is email marketing allowed?

No unless you get approval from the affiliate manager.
